Why Vibe Coding Agency exists

I'm Andrew White. I've worked in AI since 2016, seven years before ChatGPT made it a household word, and I started Vibe Coding Agency to do one thing well: ship production AI systems for teams that don't have the in-house depth to build them alone.

I work as a solo senior engineer. You talk to me, I write the code, and I own the result, no account managers, no handoffs. When a project needs more hands, I bring in specialists I trust and still personally review every line that ships.

The stack is deliberately boring where it should be and sharp where it counts: strongly typed, memory-safe languages; open-source models and tooling wherever they can do the job; complete CI/CD, security testing, and evals on everything that ships. No black-box lock-in, no hand-waving.

That approach has been refined across full-stack engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, and SRE, from operating systems to video games to LLM infrastructure, for loose requirements and for strict statements of work. The work is public: open source on GitHub, including the projects behind the products on this site.

How we work

I build AI systems with a safety-first approach, and I prefer open-source models and developer tooling, much of it built in-house and released publicly at no charge.

Most of the work comes from long-term relationships and referrals. When you work with Vibe Coding Agency, you work with me directly, scoping, architecture, code, and the workshops your team needs to run what we build. I will tell you honestly when AI isn't the right answer for a problem.
