My commitment
Technology is a tool. I choose to apply my skills to problems that improve health, safety, education, sustainability, and human agency. I say no to projects that undermine those values.
What I will not build
I don't do unethical or illegal work. That includes surveillance, disinformation, malware, autonomous weapons, fraud, or systems designed to harm, deceive, or manipulate people at scale.
Pro-bono and discounted work
I set aside a limited amount of time each quarter for pro-bono or heavily discounted work for nonprofits, open-source projects, and public-interest AI. If your mission aligns, get in touch.
