Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service and governs your use of the Services provided by [ATTORNEY: insert legal entity name] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to take action against any use that we determine violates the spirit or letter of this AUP.
You are responsible for violations of this AUP by anyone using your account, with or without your permission or authorization, including End Users and persons you assist or facilitate.
1. Illegal or Harmful Activity
You may not use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Any illegal conduct, including fraud, money laundering, ransomware, theft, or illegal distribution of controlled substances;
- Activities that threaten, incite, promote, or encourage violence, terrorism, or physical harm;
- Distribution of child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other unlawful content;
- Deceptive or misleading practices, including phishing, pharming, impersonation, Ponzi or pyramid schemes, or other scams;
- Harassment, stalking, abuse, hate speech, or content that threatens or demeans individuals or groups based on protected characteristics;
- Surveillance, disinformation, malware, autonomous weapons, or systems designed to harm people, in accordance with our stated operating principles.
2. Intellectual Property and Privacy Violations
You may not use the Services to:
- Infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party intellectual property right, including copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or right of publicity;
- Violate any third-party privacy right, including by collecting, processing, or sharing personal information without lawful basis or required consent;
- Circumvent digital rights management, technical protection measures, or software licensing restrictions;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from third-party systems in violation of their terms or applicable law.
3. Security Violations
You may not use the Services to violate the security or integrity of any network, computer, communications system, software application, or computing device. Prohibited activities include:
- Uploading, distributing, or operating malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware, ransomware, or other harmful code;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data, including probing, scanning, or penetration testing without our prior written consent;
- Interfering with the proper functioning of any system, including denial-of-service attacks, flooding, mail bombing, or other overload techniques;
- Falsifying origin information, such as TCP/IP packet headers, email headers, or routing data;
- Operating open proxies, open mail relays, open recursive DNS servers, Tor exit nodes, or similar services without our prior written consent;
- Mining cryptocurrency without our explicit written permission.
4. Network Abuse and Resource Misuse
You may not:
- Make network connections to users, hosts, or networks without express permission;
- Monitor, crawl, scrape, or harvest content or data in a manner that impairs or disrupts any system;
- Use manual or automated means to avoid use limits, quotas, access controls, or billing measures;
- Consume compute, storage, bandwidth, or other resources in a manner that is excessive, wasteful, or intended to cause harm or evade fees;
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the Services without our written consent.
5. AI, Compute, and GPU-Specific Rules
Because the Services include AI-assisted tooling and managed GPU compute, you may not use the Services to:
- Train, fine-tune, or deploy models for the purpose of generating unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or rights-violating content;
- Generate or distribute synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead, including deepfakes for impersonation without consent;
- Run workloads that are disproportionately resource-intensive without authorization, such as unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, password cracking, or brute-force attacks;
- Use GPU instances for any activity prohibited under this AUP, regardless of whether the activity occurs directly on Company infrastructure or on third-party neocloud providers accessed through the Services;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Services or any related technology, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
6. Export Control and Sanctions
You may not use the Services in violation of any applicable export control or economic sanctions laws, including those administered by the United States, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other applicable governmental authority. You represent that you are not located in any country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
7. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. We may access, read, preserve, and disclose information as we reasonably believe necessary to: respond to legal process or governmental requests; enforce this AUP or the Terms; detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its users, or the public.
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may: remove, disable, or delete content or resources; suspend or terminate your access to the Services; report activity to law enforcement or other appropriate third parties; and pursue any other remedy available at law or in equity. We may take action even if a violation was committed unintentionally or without your authorization.
8. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, contact us at hello@vibecodingagency.com with a full explanation of the suspected violation. We may request your assistance in stopping or remedying the violation.
9. Changes to This AUP
We may modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on the website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

GPU Cloud
Bare-metal GPU instances are provided for legitimate compute workloads such as AI training, inference, rendering, and software development. The following are prohibited:
- Cryptocurrency mining or proof-of-work operations.
- Password cracking, brute-force attacks, or unauthorized access attempts.
- Distribution of malware, spam, or phishing infrastructure.
- Any activity that violates Nebius acceptable-use policies or applicable law.
We reserve the right to terminate GPU rentals and revoke access for abuse without refund. Report misuse to hello@vibecodingagency.com.
